Novice AA Gold Champions of the Gene Harrington Winter Ice Experience
The Novice AA boys took home the championship trophy at the 43rd Annual Gene Harrington Winter Ice Experience in Niagara Falls, New York, this weekend! After an undefeated round robin, the boys took home the trophy by beating North York 4-0 in the finals.
The boys need to be commended on an outstanding tournament. They showed determination and grit, by opening the tournament, with an impressive 12-0 win over Avenue Road. They continued with a 9-1 win over Forest Hill. North York put up a good fight, in the boy's third game, but the Novice AA team held strong with a 3-0 win that took them straight to the finals.
