Let the (1/2 ice) games begin!
The Bill
Hassard division will have their first half-ice game this Saturday November 7.
They will all play 3 of these games before the regular season starts. Because these mini-games use half of the ice only (separated by half-boards at centre ice), two games will be played simultaneously in order to allow all children to participate. Why, some people ask - It is simple: to compete and have fun, to improve skating ability, and improve puck handling, passing and shooting skills—all while giving the children as much ice-time as possible.
Some come on out and cheer on the Hassard teams! Oh and, bring your coat; you might be on the “cold side” of Pad B this week ;-)
