Vulnerable Sector Screening (Whitchurch Stouffville Minor Hockey Association)

PrintVulnerable Sector Screening
All team officials are required to have a Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC) - volunteers & students which is renewed every 3 years.

Anyone needing a Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC) can download the form and you also need a signed letter from the hockey office to avoid finger printing charges if applicable. Bring both forms to the Community Resource Centre which is listed below or you can use the Online Application (recommended) link. In some cases, finger printing at the police station may be required. Once you have received the VSC back from the police, bring the VSC and your receipt to the hockey office for reimbursement ($30.00).
Volunteers who do not live in York Region will be required to complete a VSC with the jurisdiction in which they live.
