Vulnerable Sector Screening (Whitchurch Stouffville Minor Hockey Association)

PrintVulnerable Sector Screening
All team officials are required to have a Vulnerable Sector Screening (VSS) - volunteers & students which is renewed every 4 years.

Anyone needing a Vulnerable Sector Screening (VSS) can download the form from the Forms page of the website and you also need a signed letter from the hockey office to avoid finger printing charges if applicable. Bring both forms to the police sub-station in Stouffville or to another convenient location which are listed below. In some cases, finger printing at the police station may be required. Once you have received the VSS back from the police, bring the VSS and your receipt to the hockey office for reimbursment ($20.00).
