Last night we had our fundraising meeting. Our fundraiser is set for Friday Nov 19 starting at 8pm at the Legion in Stouffville Upstairs. Each family is responsible for selling 10 tickets after speaking with the Coach we decided that we would sell tickets for 25.00 for a single and 40.00 for a couple. We will hopefully have tickets for everyone by the end of next week.
We are looking into either a band or dj. Each family needs to donate a 100.00 for silent auction or door prizes these are to be given to Tracey Turney by the end of Oct, this can either be a bunch of small things or one large item. Each family is also responsible for donating a bottle of wine or alcohol and this can be given to Tracey Espey. Due by Oct 15. We will be making up a chore list closer to the date for everyone to have a duty during the evening.
