The Peewee AE Clippers have reached mid-season having played Newmarket at the Clipper Complex in game 15 of the regular season.

On October 20th the Clippers hosted TNT Tornados for a nail biting game full of excitement.  Coming close many times to getting one past the pipes of their goalie, the Clippers had to settle for a 0-0 tie.  The tie was a victory in itself breaking the Tornados 6 game winning streak.  Parker Strupp held his own with fabulous goaltending and extrodinary saves.

The Clippers next were hosted by the Richmond Hill Stars at Bond Lake arena on October 24th. The Clippers took the lead late in the 1st period with a goal by Tyler Perret-Swirla, assisted by Carson Weeks and Marcus Ivanovski.  The Stars came back to even out the score in the 2nd, with another goal coming from the Clippers shortly after scored by Carson Weeks, assisted by Tyler Brown and Sean O.  Early in the 3rd period the Stars brought the tally back to par, and took the lead in the middle of the 3rd.  The Clippers however were not done, coming back to score with just over 2 minutes on the clock Tyler Sinclair once again evened the score to mark the Clippers second tie within days.

Playing their 15th game of a 30 game regular season on October 26th in Stouffville the Clippers took an early lead in the 1st with a powerplay goal scored by Carson Weeks and assisted by Tyler Perret-Swirla and Brody Krabi.  In the 2nd period the Redmen evened the score and took the lead with just over a minute left on the clock.  Not a team to just give up, the Clippers fought the whole 3rd period and came back to even the score with a minute and 9 seconds left on the clock.  Goal by Carson Weeks, assists to Cole Miller and Brody Krabi.  Third tie game in a matter of days.

The Clippers will continue their season October 27th in Beeton, hoping to continue their streak or even better take home a win!!
