Stouffville Major Atom AE wins York Simcoe Championship
Congratulations to the Major Atom AE on their championship win against Newmarket on Sunday, March 25th. The Clippers swept the series in three games.
The series started in Newmarket where the Clippers won 7-2. We came home and won the second game 1-0. Returning to Newmarket for game three and won 3-0.
Congratulations to all the kids for their excellent teamwork and sportsmanship.
A huge thanks to our coaching staff ; Paul Johnson (Head Coach), Aniel Sitlani (Asst. Coach), Corrado Messina (Asst. Coach) and Brad Boston (Trainer) for their dedication and unwavering commitment to the team.
Also, a big thanks to the parents for which none of this would have been possible. What a great bunch of people. The energy and excitement at every game from the parents was nothing short of amazing.
What a great season our boys had. We are so proud of them and will forever remember the 2011-2012 hockey season.
