The Clipper IP Select started their season off on a strong note with an impressive 6-3 win over the Unionville Jets. Hats off to the Unionville Jets who put in a strong effort.
Congratulations to Mason on his first Clipper hat trick. I think the cool hair cut had allot to do with it. Good Work Mason!!!Declan "Deekie Pants" scored two amazing goals by deeking the pants of the Unionville goalie. Great Work "Deekie Pants!" Aiden scored his first Clipper goal by going to the net and looking for a rebound (gift). His hard work throughout the whole game paid off. Nicholas chipped in with an assist on the goal. Good work Nicholas!
Hard Worker helmet went to Malcolm for his hard work in the game. He went in on a breakaway and put it right off the goalie's mask. Any other day that would of been a goal. Way to go Malcolm!Other awards went to Jack and Julian for their solid defensive play. They rest of the team worked really hard and were fast and persistent when it came to wanting the puck. GREAT JOB TEAM!!!!!!
