Registration forms are available in the on-line library on the home
page for the tournament. (Right-middle).
REGISTRATION DEADLINE is March 12, 2011. For your convenience, the
forms are in ADOBE Acrobat. The information
MUST be typed directly into the form to make it clear and easy to read
NOT HANDWRITEN, then save it and emailed back to us at:

Make sure you have Adobe 8.0 or higher in order to do this. It is a free download at
http://get.adobe.com/reader/Registrations will be taken up to about 2 - 3 weeks prior to the tournament, subject to space availability. Register early to avoid disappointment.
