To register for the tournament, teams must submit the 3 items below before they will be accepted.
1. A league approved roster
2. A travel permit
3. Payment in the form of a cheque or Visa

Please make cheques payable to "WSMHA" and include your team's division to avoid confusion with multiple entries from the same organization.
No refunds for cancellations 30 days prior to the tournament start date.
Any cancellation at any time is subject to a $100 administration fee.
Visa payments can be made by calling the hockey office during their regular hockey office hours.
