With the abrupt end of our hockey season, I want to take a moment to acknowledge each and every one of our players, parents, coaches, and volunteers on another amazing winter at the rink. In response to these recent developments, the Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville is taking a proactive approach at ‘social-distancing’ and has made the decision to close all Town facilities until April 14, effective midnight tonight. This closure affects all Town services, programs and events that were to be held at these facilities, including all March Break camps and programs. Those camps and programs are cancelled. Read More

"The Ontario Minor Hockey Association’s foremost priority is the health and safety of our participants, volunteers and hockey families. We have been proactively working alongside Health Canada, Hockey Canada and local public health officials in regards to the Coronavirus (COVID-19). In light of recent events, the OMHA Officers have made the decision to immediately suspend all hockey activities. We will be proactive in informing our constituents on all upcoming protocols and required actions as they become available."

3 of our WSMHA teams have made it into the finals.

The Midget MD team has started their series against Barrie for the York-Simcoe Championship. They have won their first game and game 3 is scheduled for Sunday March 22, 8:00 pm at Stouffville Arena.

The Minor Bantam MD team will start their York-Simcoe Championship round versus Georgina at home on Monday March 23rd, 7:30 pm at Clipper Complex.

The Minor Midget AA team will take on Oakville in the OMHA Championship round starting this Saturday March 14, 6:30 pm at the Stouffville Arena.

Come out and support these teams. Let's bring home these Championships.
