Refund Policy (Whitchurch Stouffville Minor Hockey Association)

Refunds will only be given with a written request. Send an email to [email protected] and include the players name and date of birth.
Please allow approximately 4 weeks for processing from time of notification.
Administration fees will not be refunded.

If player voluntarily withdraws from program, fees will be refunded on the following basis:

Up to September 30 - registration fees will be refunded less $25 administrative fee.
Up to October 31 - 80% of the registration fee will be refunded.
Up to November 30 - 40% of the registration fee will be refunded.
After December 1 - 0% of the registration fee will be refunded.

Refunds will only be given with a written request ([email protected]). Please submit your request "Attention the Registrar"

If the WSMHA is required to shut down the program for any reason, fee refunds will be calculated in the following manner: committed expenditures as of the shutdown date will be subtracted from registration fees paid and the difference will be refunded to participants.
