Oh, how the years have flown by. Our boys on this team are teenagers now or soon to be. In the not too distant future, their other interests (friends, girls, cars, etc.) and commitments will put a strain on their will to commit to playing hockey.
As parents, we may feel at this moment that the end of the chaos of running to rinks will be a welcome change. I encourage you to enjoy every minute of this ride. Whatever our futures hold, I believe that part of it will be a realization of how much our lives revolved around hockey and how much time and emotion we invested in the process.
