Coach Surveys
Every season
the WSMHA reaches out to players/parents to get their feedback. The association
is interested in your thoughts regarding team staff as well as player/parent
opinion on how the season is progressing. Please take a few minutes to complete
the anonymous survey and should you wish to speak with a WSMHA representative,
kindly fill in your name and a contact number at the bottom of the survey.
