Online registration is now open for the 2024 - 2025 season.
Hockey Canada Registration Link
When registering, you may be asked to upload Proof of Address and/or Proof of Age by Hockey Canada. This has been in effect for 2 seasons for all new players registering. They have expanded it to all existing players. When verifying your address, the players profile may become unconfirmed if the address on file and the one inputted do not match. In order to have the profile confirmed, the Proof of Address is required. Any player whose profile is unconfirmed, can not be placed on a team's roster, therefore can not participate in any hockey activity.
OMHA Acceptable Documents
Proof of Address: A parent/guardian's drivers license, a current utility bill (hydro, gas or water) showing a current date and the address in question.
Proof of Age: A copy of the players birth certificate or Passport showing that the player was born in Canada. Any player born outside of Canada will need to complete an addition al form.
We will not be accepting any new registrations until Tuesday October 1 and only if there are available spots for the division.
