Refund Policy (Whitchurch Stouffville Minor Hockey Association)

Refunds will only be given with a written request (email [email protected]).
Please submit your request Attention:The Registrar.
Please allow approximately 4 weeks for processing from time of notification.
Administration fees will not be refunded.


If player voluntarily withdraws from program, fees will be refunded on the following basis:

  • Before September 30 - full refund of all fees paid less $25 administrative fee
  • October 1 - 31           - 70% refund of all fees paid.
  • November 1 - 30        - 40% refund of all fees paid
  • After December 1       - no refund

If the WSMHA is required to shut down the program for any reason fee refunds will be calculated in the following manner: committed expenditures as of the shutdown date will be subtracted from registration and competitive program fees paid and the difference will be refunded to participants in proportion to their fee payments.
