The Don Easter Award recognizes outstanding commitment to the WSMHA House League program. Don Easter was involved in minor sports for more than 50 years, with the majority of his service dedicated to minor hockey. Within the WSMHA, he has served in numerous roles, including coach, board member, and President.
This award honors a House League volunteer (coach, assistant coach, trainer, or convenor) who consistently demonstrates dedication to the development and enjoyment of House League players. The recipient is a volunteer who year after year goes above and beyond their official duties in support of the program and its participants. The award will be presented at the AGM on May 21, 2026 at the Stouffville Legion located at 150 Mostar Street. All WSMHA members are invited to attend the AGM.
