HEAD COACH - REID GLAZE
Hockey has been a lifelong passion for me—one that I continue to play and enjoy to this day. As a parent and coach, I take great pride in giving back to the game and helping shape the next generation of young athletes. With two children who play hockey, our family lives and breathes the sport, and I understand firsthand the importance of fostering a positive, fun-filled environment for kids to learn and grow.
Over the past six years, I have had the privilege of coaching youth hockey, and through that experience, I have developed a deep appreciation for what young players need to thrive. At this stage in their development, creating a balance between skill-building, discipline, teamwork, and competitive spirit is key. That is exactly what the U8-MD program will provide.
Our focus will be on helping each player take their game to the next level—whether that means improving their skills, increasing their hockey IQ, or developing the discipline and work ethic needed to succeed. Every time they step onto the ice, they will have an opportunity to get stronger, faster, and smarter. Every practice and game will serve a purpose, guiding them forward in their growth as hockey players and individuals.
I am excited for the season ahead and look forward to working with these young athletes to instill a love for the game while helping them develop both on and off the ice
