HEAD COACH -ROB BELCHER

As the head coach of the Stouffville Clippers U12A team, my philosophy is built on development, effort, teamwork, and respect. At the U12A level, the primary focus is helping the players build strong fundamental skills, improve their hockey IQ, and grow their confidence in a positive and supportive environment.

I believe this stage of hockey is about learning and long-term development. While we will compete hard every game, wins and losses are secondary to player growth. Every Clipper is expected to give their best effort, be a great teammate, and show respect for coaches, officials, opponents, and the game itself.

Ice time and roles are earned through consistent effort, attitude, and commitment to team play. Players will be encouraged to take risks, make mistakes, and learn from them because that is how real development happens.

I am committed to clear, honest, and respectful communication with both players and parents. The ultimate goal is to help each player not only become a better hockey player but also a responsible, confident young person who represents the Stouffville Clippers and our community with pride.
