Select Player Evaluations:

Select Evaluations will be for players U7 (2019) to U18 (2008/2009) starting September 18, 2025.

Please do delay registering so that the volunteers can organize the evaluations based on the number of players planning on attending.

To help speed up the process at the registration table, please fill in the Evaluation Registration form a minimum of 24 hours prior to the first evaluation.

Player Evaluation Fees:

There is a flat fee of $50 per player for those players that did not attend a spring REP evaluation. The fee will cover the 2 evaluation sessions for their age group.

There is no fee for players that did attend a spring REP evaluation.

Please note: There are no refunds. No Cash will be accepted at the Registration Desk: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Android Pay and Debit.

Player Evaluation Jerseys:

A loaner jersey with a number will be provided to players for Evaluations. Goalies are asked to bring their own jersey.

Formation of Teams Note:

The formation of all teams is dependent on having enough players and goalies, and the availability of a coaching staff. WSMHA cannot guarantee that all teams listed will be rostered. Some age groups may be combined so that a team can be formed. No Player Evaluation refunds will be given if a team cannot be formed.
