Minor Midget AE Tournament Champions

The Stouffville Clippers Minor Midget AE team went undefeated in the Cobourg Justin Williams Tournament this weekend to win the Championship. After a win and two ties in the round robin, they defeated Peterborough in the afternoon semis 3 to 0 , then it was off to the Championship game against their NEW rivals in the Lakeshore loop the Whitby Wildcats. After 3 periods the game was tied 3 to 3. Overtime solved nothing and then it was off to a shootout, which the Clippers won after at least 7 or 8 rounds. A great way to start the year!
