Dan McNeil Award
Submitted By Webmaster on Wednesday, April 15, 2020
Coaches and Managers (Minor Midget AA, Midget AA, Midget A and M/J House League)   We are looking for nominations for the Dan McNeil Award.

This award goes to a player who stands out among the crowd. Criteria include leadership – on and off the ice, work ethic, perseverance, contribution to the team, and community involvement. Award is not based on player’s skill or on-ice performance (although these can be considerations) Academic standing is not a consideration. Nominations will be accepted until May 2, 2020.

Nomination must include a write-up describing why the nominee should be selected. Email your submissions to [email protected]

The award is given in memory of Dan McNeil who played for our Association.  While playing for the Uxbridge Junior “C” team in 1992, he was killed in a car accident on his way home from a game.
