Minor Bantam A Team Gives Back!
The Stouffville Clippers Minor Bantam A team recently held a raffle with half of the proceeds donated to the local food bank. The team set up posts around town at No Frills, TD Bank, Canadian Tire and Shoppers Drug Mart to sell tickets and raised a total of $1,800. $900 of this was donated to the Stouffville Food Bank. Joining the team from the Food Bank was Joan Doble, Connie Rabito (team manager), Christine McNeil (raffle organizer) and Don Easter WSMHA President. Congratulations to the Clippers for learning the meaning of "Giving Back" to your community and thanks to all of those who bought tickets to support the raffle!
