SURVEY SAYS!!!!
Every year the WSMHA takes an opportunity to ask the membership to provide feedback regarding their specific team and the coaching and staff volunteers supporting the team through a COACH EVALUATION SURVEY (attached below).
Feedback is a powerful tool. It can help inform what is going well and areas that may benefit from adjustment. The survey is one important mechanism which we use to provide a broad context for feedback, one in which we hope all of our membership takes an opportunity to participate.
