The Bonnie & Glenn McDougall Memorial Bursary was established through a partnership between the WSMHA, the Kids First Fund, and the McDougall family. This bursary provides financial assistance to graduating Midget-age players (2008 birth year) from the WSMHA who plan to pursue post-secondary education.
Eligible recipients must be enrolling in an accredited Canadian university, community college, or trade school. Since its inception, the Kids First Fund and the McDougall family have generously provided two to three bursaries annually to qualified applicants. The award will be presented at the AGM on May 21, 2026 at the Stouffville Legion located at 150 Mostar Street. All WSMHA members are invited to attend the AGM.
