If your child is trying out for AAA hockey for the 2019-20 season, you must request a Permission to Skate form from the hockey office.

[email protected] with the following information:
Players name, address, date of birth, previous season team and division; email and phone number.
You will be issued a permission form to try out for Markham Waxers AAA via email by noon on April 15 at the latest.
If you are trying out for a different AAA team, you must get the permission form from Stouffville for Markham; email it to
[email protected]; then go to waxers.com and request permission online from Markham for another AAA team.
The process for this will be on the Markham Waxers website: waxers.com
If you are trying out for a Junior Hockey team, please email
[email protected] and provide the players name, date of birth, previous season team and division and the Junior team you are trying out for.
The Permission to Skate will be emailed to you by April 13.
