The WSMHA is seeking applicants for the position of Office Administrator.  This is a full-time position reporting to the WSMHA Board of Directors. The successful candidate will have strong administrative, decision-making and interpersonal skills and be capable of working independently.  Some minor hockey knowledge or experience acquired as a parent or volunteer will be a definite asset.  The role requires an individual who can work from the Hockey Office on days and hours the Office is open to the public and is accessible via phone/ email for the remainder of the work week.  

The principal job functions include player registration, preparation and submission of team rosters, player/coach database management, ice allocation, financial and internal record-keeping, and communication with other associations and governing bodies. 

This is an immediate job opportunity.  The WSMHA hopes to complete the selection process before the end of January with a tentative start date of February 1, 2020.  We will accept electronic or hard copy resumes/applications from individuals interested in this position until January 24, 2020.  While all applications received will be considered, we will only contact those applicants we wish to interview.  We appreciate your understanding in this regard.
