Select & House League Coaches Evaluations
Every season the WSMHA reaches out to players/parents to get their feedback. The association is interested in your thoughts regarding team staff as well as player/parent opinion on how the season progressed. Please take a few minutes to complete either the Select coach evaluation, the House League coach evaluation or both if applicable. All surveys are anonymous unless you chose to sign your name.
