The Whitchurch-Stouffville Minor Hockey Association Annual General Meeting will be held
DATE: Thursday, April 26, 2012
TIME: 6:30pm
LOCATION: Nineteen-on-the-Park, 19 Civic Avenue, Stouffville.
The meeting is open to all members of the association, all volunteers and parents of players for the 2011-12 season.
Nominations for the
WSMHA Board of Directors must be received by the Hockey Office by 7:30pm, April 23, 2012. Forms are available at the Hockey Office, or by calling (905) 642-2835.
The 2011-12 Volunteer
Appreciation Night will take
place following the AGM at Pistaggio’s, 6211 Main Street, Stouffville.
This event is open to all coaches, trainers, team managers,
referees, convenors and Board members who contributed so much to another
successful season of minor hockey in Stouffville.
