The Stouffville Clippers Major Midget A team is set to host the Ontario Hockey Federation Championships (OHF's) this coming April 8-10 at the Stouffville Arena. The tournament will play host to the best Midget A teams from around the province featuring the host Clippers and the championship teams from the four minor hockey leagues in Ontario -- OMHA, Greater Toronto Hockey League, the Alliance, and the Northern Ontario Minor Hockey Association. The Major Midget A team, which includes ten players who won silver at the 2007 OHF championships in Tamiskaming, should give the team much ...

The Midget A team put on quite a show at the Richmond Hill Early Bird AA Tournament (Sept 10th-12th).  With the ink on a partial roster barely dry after tryouts earlier in the week, the team gave its best, taking 4 straight wins through to the semi-finals.

The 11 rostered Midget A's showed a well of reserve in taking down Pickering Panthers late Saturday afternoon on Sept 11 with a 3-2 victory.  Still wiping down the sweat from the first game, these young men followed in a 2-0 shutout win against the visiting Buffalo Bisons later in the evening at 10pm. Clearly our Mighty Midgets are on a mission.

With our Midget A team not even up to full roster yet, 11 of Stouffville hockey's best prevailed handily in game one of the Richmond Hill Early Bird against the Goulding Park AA team with a final score 4-1.
