SUMMER TRAINING PROGRAMME
Get ready, get set.... GO

... To the forms library on our MBAA main webpage, and open the TRAINING PROGRAMME provided by our very own "Richard Simmons".  Coach Ry has prepared an extensive list of conditioning exercises to take our team from June 1st through to September 1st.

Players, you'll be fitter, faster, and fiestier after this programme.

It's "independent study" guys.  Shape up!  There are samples on You Tube of the exercises, so check them out and build your endurance.

WORDS of WISDOM from MASTER ACTION JACKSON:

"This is a program that has been put together to focus on stability, flexibility and some muscle building. There are no weights or gym time needed here and this is something that everyone can do at home and in a timely matter. It really shouldn't take any more than 40-60 minutes, 3 times per week.

If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask me and hopefully I can answer them. At the beginning, this workout may seem easy for some but please stress that the first few weeks are about getting the technique right before they move into more reps as the weeks go on. It is the early times that it is important to stick with it so that later on when they will feel more burn and results they are doing it properly."
