Heart Breaker in Third for Game 4
Reports indicate Clippers played a solid game on Saturday vs Oakville Rangers, and managed to lead for most of the game. Text were coming through exclaiming the score was heading upward to 3-1, and seemed in hand. But late game penalties gave Oakville enough advantage including a 5 on 3, letting them come back to win 4-3 in the third.
Overall in this A level tournament, Clippers played solid hockey in 4 competitive games. Their strongest rival teams went on to the finals, with Quinte winning the tournament 3-2 vs the Stratford Warriors.
That's the start for tournament play, but not the last. Next up, we are back to regular YSMHL hockey, hosting RH Stars, (AE this time), at Stouffville arena on Thursday evening. Come out and cheer on your Clippers!
